The vacuum filling station for the SBS hydraulic module uses a PUFAN high-vacuum rotary pump to create a vacuum environment of at least 10 Pa.

The inverter frequency Zetepz magnetic pump is used for the circulation of the product filling. At the same time, two high-precision filters are installed in the circulating oil circuit to achieve high vacuum cleaning and filling - hydraulic module.

Piping connections are easily connected using Swagelok quick disconnect connectors; Vacuum pumping and filling of multiple hydraulic modules simultaneously can be accomplished through the multi-channel circulation system, which is convenient and fast.
